Prevention Is Better Than Cure!
How to keep healthy in today's world? Do you Suffer from
- Insomnia?
- Headaches?
- Aches and Pains?
- Tiredness?
Find out what it is in our daily lives that can cause these symptoms.
Although not scientifically proven - my personal theory is that the most common cause for these ailments is radiation from man made fibres – nylon radiation.
I believe that synthetic fibres have a frequency that is detrimental to our health and well being. In today’s world we use synthetic fibres extensively. The most common place to find this problem aside from clothing is our beds and bedding. When we take off synthetic cloths – they spark and crackle – this is how they are affecting every cell of our body.
Another common occurrence with excess nylon radiation may be getting shocks from cars and other metal objects. I believe that by cleaning up our environment we can keep ourselves in good health.
Are the healthy supplements you are taking really good for you?
Minerals and vitamins are essential to our good health. Minerals are trace elements - we need only a small amount to maintain the balance of wellbeing. We believe that too much is just as detrimental as not enough.
Our body will store some vitamins and not others – do we really need everything that is in a multivitamin? Before you take any supplement you need to be sure that it is the right one for you.
We think the best way is to muscle test. Ask the people in the health shop to muscle test for you. If they do not, find one that will. You must test everything individually and then as a combination.
While all may be beneficial to you the mix may not. If you are unable to find someone to help you muscle test – we have a small hand held muscle tester that enables you to test yourself. It is a great tool to help you optimise your health and well being.
How to use your Muscle Tester
- Start with ring marker at centre join
- Hold muscle tester between thumb and fingers
- Push firmly with fingers to establish strength – the ring marker will stop at this level
- Hold the item you want to test in your other hand, then push with same strength again
- If you can reach the mark previously made without struggling then your strength remains the same
- If you are unable to reach the mark without using any extra effort then you are weakened – indicating that this item is not beneficial to you.

Anne Longmuir and her partner Jim have a successful Colour Healing Centre at 137 Mill Road, Alfriston.
Over the past four years Anne and Jim have been able to help people with all manner of complaints from headaches through to terminal illnesses.
One of the things that has struck Anne strongly through her work is that so often she and Jim are consulted when a condition has persisted for months if not years and very often the physical symptoms is actually a sign of an underlying problem with the persons environment or diet that they simply are not aware of.
"People seem to expect that if something is bad for us it will have a health warning on it. They don't. Over the years we have seen so many people with the same physical symptoms - insomnia, headache, feeling tired all the time - that we have looked behind what is actually causing these problem. What we have found is surprising to say the least. Some would say shocking. There can be things in the home that affects us very negatively, and if we don't do something about them, sooner or later, they will start to adversely affect the health of ourselves and our families."
In her work as a colour therapist Anne has been able to help with skin complaints, allergies and chronic fatigue. Anne knows though that prevention is better than cure and so has devised an interactive seminar to help local people understand more about factors in their environment that may be contributing to feeling of low energy, general aches and pains and lack of vitality.
Many of the solutions Anne proposes in the talk have no or little cost and will create immediate benefits.
"Its all about increasing our awareness about what can and does affect us and learning what changes to make."
We are happy to talk to community groups.
If you have a group and would like to book a talk (no charge), then contact us through our contact page.
